Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Important Note:
- You can cancel your order within 12 hours of order confirmation (excluding Saturday and Sunday), provided the order has not been shipped.
- Orders that have already been shipped are not eligible for cancellation.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain goods are not eligible for returns, including:
- Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines).
- Intimate or sanitary products.
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases.
To process your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Important:
- Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a complete set.
- Products marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Returns and Exchanges
If you’ve changed your mind about a product, we accept returns provided that:
- The item is in its original purchase condition (unopened, unused, unmarked, and not defaced).
- Shipping costs associated with the return are not covered by us.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will:

- Process approved refunds by applying credit to your original payment method within a specified number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as refunds may take time to be posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return. Once the return is processed, we will send you a gift certificate.
- If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
